The risk of loss and title for all products purchased by you pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to your specified delivery address. Any claim for loss in transit or for non-delivery, must be received in writing by R.M.Shah Ltd within the earlier to occur of (i) 10 days from the order date, (ii) 7 days from the shipment day, or (iii) 2 days from the date when the shipment was delivered to your specified delivery address. Our assumption of responsibility for damage or loss in transit or for non-delivery terminates if a written claim is not timely received.. In any event, our responsibility is limited to either replacement of the merchandise or return of the purchase price and shipping charges, at our option. Once the package is delivered to your specified delivery address, our responsibility for non-delivery terminates. Any package signed for at your specified delivery address or delivery at your specified delivery address is verified in writing by the carrier shall be conclusively deemed delivered to your specified delivery address.
A minimum delivery charge of £7.00 Royal Mail Special Delivery (if within the UK), is added, on all items. and all items are insured for your peace of mind for delivery within the UK . Please enquire for postage rates to Europe and Rest Of World.
For order collection at our London offices, please notify us by email or telephone once you have placed your order online. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Due to the Corona Virus Epidemic, delivery times are subject to delay. Please contact us for specific delivery time on orders or website purchases.
Unless goods are faulty, goods ordered on this site may not be returned for credit or refund unless agreed beforehand by R.M.Shah Ltd. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging. We will not accept returns for any items that have been set or damaged by the purchaser.
How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, they must be returned . They will be inspected, and any damage deemed to be a result of extraordinary wear and tear will not be accepted. Where possible goods may be repaired, but only where such items are deemed by us repairable. There may be a charge for this service to cover delivery and any other costs incurred.
Receiving a refund
Where applicable, refunds will be made of receipt of goods. The cost will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, including sales taxes for all EU country shipments but excluding delivery charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
